AMS completed an IS-BAO Stage Two Audit for a diversified holding Company located in California. 
An analysis audit, also known as an IS-BAO Stage Two audit, prepares the Flight Department for and the awarding of the Stage Two – International Standards for Business Aircraft Operations (“IS-BAO”) rating.
The IS-BAO Stage Two Audit evaluation is completed in two phases. The first phase entails review of the various manuals and operation procedures. The second phase entails the AMS auditor being on-site to complete the IS-BAO Stage Two Audit. On site time will be dedicated to interviewing employees and examining the records of the flight department operation. A significant emphasis will be placed on safety management system (SMS) processes.
