AMS is currently managing and overseeing a large scale maintenance and retrofit package for a client’s Classic Falcon 900B.
Our team was tasked with developing the overall scope of the work package, submitting requests for proposals from various MROs, negotiating the final scope of work and managing and overseeing the work to be accomplished. Our goal was to add value to the client’s aircraft while positioning it for an extended service life and future regulatory changes that will be required in the days ahead.
